Return Cancellation Conditions: 

You must send the product or products you will return, along with all invoices and copies, along with a short note explaining the reason for your return, in their original packaging, with all accessories and packaging materials, and must be physically undamaged, unused and resalable. Used products are not included in the scope of return.

In return transactions, the return shipping fee belongs to the buyer.

If the product(s) in your order comply with the return conditions, you can return the product(s) within 14 days. You can only make your returns with our contracted partner, MNG Cargo. Return shipping cost belongs to our customer; Return shipping fee information is provided below.

MNG Cargo Return Code:

For returns of your purchases made through our online channels; You must fill in the return section on your invoice with a wet signature and send it to our warehouse address with your product.
You can return your unpackaged/unused products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by using your right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised and defective/defective/broken products cannot be returned within this scope. Exercise of the right of withdrawal is valid for purchases made as a consumer in accordance with the legislation, but is not valid for commercial or corporate purchases. The product to be returned must be perfect, complete and unopened in its original box, as it was when purchased. Used products whose packaging/package has been opened cannot be returned. Even if it has not been used, the original sales package must not lose its salable feature.

The invoice and your complete product are examined by the returns team. Refund requests that meet the above-mentioned conditions will be approved. After the refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, which is the legal process, taking into account the payment type you made for your purchase. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service for detailed information.

Shipments that do not comply with the return conditions stated above will not be accepted. If you do not have an invoice, you should call 0216 290 32 00 to get information about the return before returning your product.

Order Change:

Unfortunately, the exchange cannot be made due to our company procedure.

Order cancellation:

To cancel the order of the product you have purchased before it is shipped on the same day, you can call 0216 290 32 00 and submit your request. Orders that have been invoiced and delivered to the cargo company cannot be cancelle.

Cancellation cannot be made after completing your order.
Cancellation requests cannot be received for orders that have been shipped. A refund procedure will be carried out for these orders.

After cancellation, your refund will be transferred to your credit card, bank account or gift voucher using the method you used to pay. After your refund is made, your fee will be transferred to your account within 7-10 business days at most, depending on your bank.
