Return Policy
- The customer has the right to return or exchange the order if it does not exceed 7 days from the date of receipt of the order and the products have not been opened. If the order is returned, the delivery amount will be deducted from the order amount and the customer must visit the branch for exchange and return.
- If the customer receives a malfunction product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, the exchange will be made by the representative or by the shipping company if the customer is outside the delivery range, and the company will bear the shipping fees.
- If the customer receives the ordered products incorrectly from the company, the exchange will be made by the representative or by the shipping company if the customer is outside the delivery range, and the company will bear the shipping fees.
- If the customer is outside the delivery range and receives his order through the shipping company and wants to return or exchange the order, he has the right to do so if it does not exceed 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, and he must bear the shipping fees.
